We are proud of our individually, handmade dolls and make every effort to produce an outstanding quality product. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your doll you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 15 days.

The best effort is made to bring you a choice fabric selection. All dolls are made of 100% cotton flannel. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our fabric patterns. We try to keep a large stock of our favorite fabrics but, unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the suppliers.

Privacy:
The information you provide us will be used solely for the purpose of Sam Dolls. We will not release your information to anyone or use it for any purpose outside of the business of making and delivering your doll to you. Our site is and will remain family
friendly.
